In the past we have had a strict, payment on delivery policy. We realize this isn't always the easiest for some people. So, what we have done is put in place a payment schedule.
Once the layout has been decided and approved by the buyer and we have the final frame square footage, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the final bill. This deposit is non-refundable and locks us into the project, and accounts for the time and effort we have put into your project in the event you decide to pull out before completion. It also allows the client time to get the final 50% before we finish.
Final payment is expected at completion. All files will remain the property of Adamant Drafting & Design until full payment is received. Every file until completion will have a watermark that reads "For Client Approval", so no plans will be usable until payment is received.
Clients who have worked with us before and are in good standing will be given a fifteen (15) to thirty (30) day payment extension. Other payment arrangements can be made to fit into a client's budget.
