THE DESIGN PROCESS
1) INITIAL MEETING
First and foremost, it is important for us to meet with you and identify your overall design requirements, such as: your time frame, proposed design budget, and uncover which features are important to you in your new home. We will answer and offer solutions to your questions so you know what to expect.
2) HOMESITE EVALUATION
We will address environmental site conditions on your lot, determine the best placement for your home, and help uncover unforseen costs down the road.
3) IN-HOUSE PLAN DESIGN
Our in-house design department will help you implement your own design plan, tailored to fit your needs.
4) PLAN REVIEW
Once the plan design is established, you will have the opportunity to review and refine the details of your home until completion. Once finalized, you may review and sign them, and we can discuss options on contractors for construction if you don't have any in mind.
