REMODELS & REVISIONS
There is almost always something about a home design that the buyer would have changed before construction if they could. Or maybe you're a young family and are expecting a little one and need an extra room added on. Some remodels can be more difficult than others because it would affect a load bearing wall that supports floors above or the roof. Changing that without knowing what you're doing can be disasterous. The point is, remodels and additions can be a tricky business and you need someone knowledgeable to help walk you through the process and help give you and idea of how the revision will look once it's done.
Or maybe you're a builder wanting to update your plans to current codes and design standards. We stay up to date on all of that so you don't have to, and we'll let you know of any code changes that may impact your particular design style.
