As stated before, we are not architects, simply design professionals who can help you figure out exactly what you want from your new home.
Many go to plan books or to model homes to find plans they like, but 99.99% of the time you will not find your dream home at first glance. They almost always need to be tweaked because those plans are designed for specific areas, budgets, soil conditions, and a multitude of different factors which may not even apply to you.
Simply put, you need someone to sit down with you who will take that design you like, and turn it into something you'll absolutely love and cherish for years to come because it was designed specifically for you. That is what we do here at Adamant Drafting & Design.
