We have a three-tier rate system to account for the different projects we encounter. If you don't know which tier you are, send us an email with some details to projects@adamantdrafting.com , and we'd be glad to help you out.
TIER 1
This is perfect for people who know exactly what they want. They just need their plan drawn out for construction. This is a great tier for builders and construction firms. This is billed at $0.50 per square foot of the total frame.
TIER 2
This tier is good for those who have an idea of what they want, but are going to make changes often between start and finish until they find exactly what they want. We decide and finalize the house layout and bill that at $0.50 per square foot of the total frame, then billed at $50 per hour for any major changes and revisions. We try to keep the hours as minimal as possible, so the client doesn't end up paying too much.
TIER 3
This is where we place all revisions and paper-to-CAD conversions, and billed at $50 per hour, simply because you never know what can happen or what is going to get changed. A $300 deposit is required for this kind of project
